Well, we don't know how big the town is where BaDIK takes place. It could well be they only have 1 hospital.

The only problem with this is, while its been theorised due to images that QUinn has been indeed hanging about Bellas neighbourhood or one that looks suspiciously like it, there's no reason that Quinn would ever know Bella lives there, To really go to Bellas for help and even if shes looking for help for the scooby gang, to even know they are there. Its a plausible theory, but its weak at best.

Do US towns tend to have University/Colleges or are they more in the cities kind of environment? Cities tend to have more than one.

During Tybalt's presentation they recognize it immediately as "Bella's neighborhood". That makes me think there is only 1 neighborhood in the city that looks like that.
No idea, I'm from the Netherlands myself. Over here there are quite a few cities with 100k+ population that only have 1 hospital. Universities (we don't have that many of them) are only in bigger cities, but there are many colleges in smaller towns that also have their own hospital.
It's not unusual you'll have a college/university that's a bit removed from major cities because land was cheap and then a "college town" grows up around it. But outside of that most are in larger cities, unless it's a smaller specialized college.
We already know that the laptop has been compromised, and all of the hell week stuff has been/is on the laptop. For all we know someone is remotely accessing it.

It's hella insulting to Quinn, Chad, Patrick and a LOT to Vinny that Tybalt is considered an 'opponent'. Dude is a road block at most and even as a road block he is beaten by Linda.
Why does the game continue to keep crashing even with the mods part of the game or not?
I even erased the game and then reloaded it. The same thing still happened. How do I remedy the situation?

If you previously had mods installed, you'll need to delete the persistent data in your AppData folder as well.
Or update your mods.

Tybalt is the only single character I hate more than Madame. I can't. I don't like him, I don't respect him, I don't pity him. I don't agree with this theory. MC is 19. Bianca is most likely the same age as Jill who is estimated to be 21. Lynette was 18 when she had MC.
Her friends would usually be around the same age as her. I can't imagine Miranda & Vivian hanging around Lynette while also being teen moms themselves.
Until DPC confirms they're Bianca & Carla's mothers, I'm goin with common sense. That's not to say they won't be related in some way.

I thought Bianca and Carla are a couple years older (and graduated) than Jill and that's why they didn't join parties until Jill went to them.

I'm not exactly sure how old Bianca & Carla are. I assumed because Bianca & Jill were childhood friends they were roughly the same age. This would make Miranda & Vivian as parents even more implausible.

The fact that MC takes a picture with Bianca doing Lynette's monkey pose kind of gives away that Miranda is her mother. This picture can be taken if MC is on Isabella's or Jill's route (in case you haven't seen it).
