I just looked at all class-images in season 1 through 3. I only saw Sally in Science class.
So if she is/was in any other class together with MC, it's only mentioned in dialogue.

Yeah she is not in any classes in s1 and 2 for sure. Here is the thing tho does not always mean there are not more than one class. That would be a pretty small college if there was just like one. And we all know its assumed that its pretty big
The most obvious thing I can think of is the moose head. It may seem trivial, but it's theft. Tybalt is going to talk about foul play, and do his drama queen thing around this event. At the very least, he'll draw negative attention to the DIKs.
Taken independently, it's nothing at all, but I think Magnar is aiming for an accumulation of small problems, so that after a while the college authorities will say that enough of this crap (fights, theft, vandalism...) has gone on long enough, and that it's time to disband the DIKs and the Jocks.

The camera was installed way before the mc and Derek even enrolled in the college, so it would have to be someone that isn't a freshman, so you'll looking at sophomore and above.

Sally does not take English or Maths with MC - but as others have pointed out, there may be another class that Sally is in. We do know that characters have to do retakes... Dawe is one of them.
In all honesty there's loads of people it could be.
