Hates? I don’t think so. He’s a comic relief character. More of a caricature than a villain. If you aren’t of Jill’s path he’s a very insignificant character. Tyballs is there to make you laugh unlike Vinny for instance.
It’s common for bad stuff to happen to characters in order to move a plot and entertain. GRRM for instance loves Tyrion, but his entire life is a series of tragedies. In the absence of any direct quote by an dpc stating that he hates character x and wrote them to be a mental punching bag to represent people that he hates irl, I just don’t see it.
I haven’t heard about that until now. I guess it’s possible. Very weird if that’s the case though imo.

Maybe not, but it would hurt her a lot. Looking at the cabin-holiday, it seems Jill would have little to no problem with it if Bianca and MC did the flirting and maybe even kissing out in the open instead of sneaky behind her back.
