To me animations were more important, they are always the bottleneck.

Normally I would agree because it is the animations that take the longest but for ep11 he got off to good start with the animations and it still took 15 months. We one status in with a long road ahead

That would be mostly the case if there are multiple people working on a game: 1 person (at least) for 1 or more roles. This is a 1 person job however, so it would make sense that if he's sure about a part of the story, to immediately use 1 or more of his other computers to render that scene/animation. This way he reduces dev time.

Well, a picture taken with a cell phone would make noise ie. the flash and the camera shutter clicking sounds but a picture taken from a hidden camera wouldn't make any noise?
