The only LI that is cannon with having sex with MC is Josy, but MC doesn't get to finish as they are interrupted by Josy's parents, but then she would have to be 5 or 6 months pregnant so we'd probably already know by now.

you can choose to not having sex with Josy so not fit every run rule. only cannon sex mc have is Zoey in past. you can't change that.

Sorry if this is a stupid question. Does this game have a harem? If not, what will be the consequences for the MC?

Does anyone have the 0.8.0 to 0.8.2 patch? I just realized I have the 0.8.0 version of the game and I'd rather avoid the 0.8.3 version because of the removed songs.

It was always believed to okay, but we have discovered in Episode 11, there is consequences for 1 girl if you are with 1 particular side girl earlier. At the moment all other combinations are ok. But we don't know if there will be further consequences in future updates.

I'm coming at it from the opinion that episode 12 will be the final "main" episode of the game.

I think that there will be 14 episodes total but season 4 will be epilogue stuff with your chosen path.

The panty party has shown us that Heather is still really hung up on Tommy and is trying to make him jealous and there has been a fair amount of groundwork into flirting with and getting to know Heather throughout the game if you choose to do so.

From that perspective, I feel like it's likely that if there ever will be an option to bang Heather (even if it's a trap choice with consequences) it will be in episode 12.
