Given MC has potentially fucked around with multiple girlfriends and is either on the Others route or dumped someone to be with Zoey i don't really see where this "lack of compatibility" with a free-spirited girl in your opinion comes from. Most of MCs have possibly even more of free spirit attitude than Zoey.

And you can be a CHICK on others path, or flirt with multiple girls. It's not inherently incompatible with any of that. It's just MC's attitude is less of a DI(c)K and more empathic/considerate of others.

Well, since I currently have a nasty, long-lasting cold and can't sleep much my mind went to a strange place last night and I was thinking about the possible relationships with our love interests and if they would last. At last as of Episode 11 and the information I have from playthroughs.

Mains:

Sage - Yes. Smooth sailing to marriage and kids, she will "wear the pants in the relationship" though, Stephen will be out of the picture, Jade will have to learn to accept it or not see the kids

MJ - a) Throuple - Nope. We are already in the stage of the snowball becoming an avalanche due to lack of communication and unforced errors. I can't see that corrected long-term.
b) Maya - Yes. Caveat: If she is a carrier of the disease you will end up being Patrick 2.0. If not, and the disease gene jumps a generation, you won't risk having offspring.
c) Josy - Yes. She will become a succesful influencer / author. You will have a good relationship with her dad, but won't see much of her Mom or Stepmom. The poster child of Bruce Springsteen's Glory Days, "I peaked in College" Tommy, will pop in from time to time trying to cause trouble.

Jill - Yes. However, you will end up in Neil's situation with Jill's parents not accepting you and you will have to work for your money.

Bella - Nope. Depending on what is in that room it could be over quick. Or, if it's harmless, and her husband is alive, she will go back to him eventually.


Sides:

Pink Rose Girls

Nicole: Nope. She's looking for a new father for her child, she is like 20 years older than you and her kid is just roughly 10-15 years younger than you. That's just a recipe for disaster.

Sandy: No way. She'll be cheating on you sooner rather than later or drugs will get her.

Lily: Possible. I haven't played the "rolling with her" yet, so I can't assess that. She will have to get her life together with a real job though if there is to be any chance.

Others at the club: I don't think DPC even has a viable path for them.


HOTs:

Quinn: No way. She'll either be dead or in jail by the game's end.

Riona: Nope. You will help her clean up her situation and get her through College and she will be thankful. You will get a friend for life, and an occasional hookup, but those relationships based on "thankfulness" usually don't last.

Sarah: Nope. She's just into quick hookups.

Heather: Nope. Even if Tommy does not kill you (be real, you will beat him up instead) she will likely end up with Nick.

Arieth: Just for funsies, of course not. You won't play baby daddy for one that isn't yours, and she will either become a trophy wife, a Pink Rose girl, or a wannabe Leah, but setting herself on fire.

Cammy, Mel and the rest: No viable path.


Teachers:

Jade: Nah. While it might be hilarious to become Tybalt's stepdad, there is no way that we will be Sage's stepdad.

Cathy: Nope. It would be easier since she no longer teaches at B&R, but she will eventually go for someone her age.

Nora: Nope. As far as I know she already broke up with you due to you being in her class. (Haven't played that myself yet, so I may be mistaken.)


Others:

most probably gonna get your chance in ep12 as it feels like culling is in order. i sure am planning to get rid of magnar and am making my case against him

i could talk about how he was paying MC for his tests in early episodes, i would try to frame the cheat sheet at ep8 from bathroom on magnar, and clearly ill be able to pin lot of letters and blackmail on him (even though its clear he is just a puppet and not a mastermind).
