Hell no there wasn't enough time passed. I don't remember exactly when the science lab took place after their date, but even with time skips it's all less than a month.

Now, in Episode 11, maybe she knows.

Her Swyper profile and our conversations with her tell me she isn't too concerned about having a husband in addition to a kid, unless I'm forgetting something. So if MC wanted to, he could walk away without relative issue. But if he did want to stay, then discussions of the future would arise, marriage and so forth.
