This is the first scene in the game where Bella appears. On the screen you only have two options; Jade and Cathy but you're not looking at either of them.

Your eyes are fixed on the woman holding the glass of water, her face clearly annoyed at having to be part of a conversation she doesn't want to be in.

If you're hopes are up at all, I'd recommend lowering them drastically for your own sake.
