I mean her whole story revolves around her feeling neglected by tommy so it makes sense that she tries to get back at him. She is closer to the mc now, but it's not like she showed interest in the mc romantically. I think Heather is the same category as characters like Elena. You might get some scenes with them but you will never get a path where they get involved romantically with the MC.

TBF he knows exactly what happened only on Quinn path. Otherwise, Camila tells MC that Riona told her she was down with the flu

Yea that is true. In that path I think we will most likely see her coming back. For the others, since he doesn't know about it, then yea its possible that we don't even see her again.

We have been hammered on the head with the "Jill lives in Lynette's old house" detail to the point of being frustrated that MC never looks at the two pictures at the same time and notices they have the same house, but the only MG on whose path the diary itself is even slightly significant is Bella.

Fourth we have the skiing trip. Miranda's and Bianca's likeness has everyone suspecting they are mother and daughter so on Jill's path it's yet another moment bringing MC closer to the "Jill's parents live in the house MC's mother used to live in" revelation. Bella joining the trip is not surprising on Jill's path. What is surprising is getting the event on Bella's path as well. Especially when Jill and Bella have a falling out on Bella's path that needs to be mended for it. And it is not optional. So on Bella's path we get a connection to Bianca who is connected to Miranda who is connected to Lynette. To cement the idea that this event is connected to Lynette MC decides to channel his mom and does a monkey pose in the picture they take.

Lastly while not foreshadowing as such we have the mystery of how Bella and Jill became friends in the first place. But suppose one day Bella felt nostalgic and decided to take a look at the places where she used to hang out with her friends including Lynette's old house. She didn't of course actually plan to enter the property, but she did run to Amelia and felt the need to explain that a friend of hers had once lived in the house. Amelia decided to invite her in and that's how Bella and Jill met. At B&R it became a habit for Jill to confide in Bella and here we are.

That sounds like a translation issue - the English phrase "second cousin" getting translated to something in Italian with a similarly specific, but different (and non-overlapping) meaning seems to be a translation error. Unless, of course, Italian includes the phrase "second cousin" rather than something that could be badly translated as that.

The problem with that reasoning is that it ignores the trends, and would have got the last two release dates wrong - before episode 11 released, the longest wait was 12 months, and before episode 10, the longest wait was 9 months.

That looks a lot more like increasing development times than it does roughly stable development times.

The literal translation of "second cousin" into Italian is "cugino secondo", but the meaning of "cugino secondo" is not what you mean by "second cousin". So, yes, as I already admitted, I was wrong into believing that the meaning was the same.
Sometimes the literal translation of an expression is not the correct translation of the meaning of the expression...

Secondo cugino means the son of the cousin.

While, as I said before, in Italian we don't have any expression at all for "the son of the cousin of my father".

They are both equal. The removed thing just tells you how many generations you need to remove before you share a common annsestor your great great grandparent's first cousin needs 4 generations removed down, whereas your 1st cousin's great great grandchild needs 4 generations removed up. To each other, they are something ridiculous like 5th cousins 8 times removed.
