Depends. Usually the peek option gives a DIK point (and more than likely a relationship negative if you're already DIK-aligned) while don't risk it takes away a DIK point.

There are occasionally risks, I think a few of the times it happens the girl might catch you and dislike you - but also some of them notice and are into it. Try it and see if they react! You can always roll back.

From what I remember, there aren't any girls whose route outright ends if you peep on them. Even Bella. If you do it constantly and they don't like it you might eventually lose enough points with them to miss a threshold, but I don't think it's likely.
