I could see her getting fired at the end of the game, but it goes from bitter to bittersweet, because she finally has her own bookstore like she dreamed about. And of course, she no longer has to hide being with MC.On the other hand, I could see her voluntarily leaving if the need arose. Bella said their relationship isn't at the point yet where she needs to consider such a thing, but that issue could be forced if she became pregnant.

Maybe I'm crazy but I see her choosing to resign rather than being fired and I think it'll happen before the endgame, maybe even the end of episode 12. Unless the reveal is something fucking stupid like James' corpse, or a drug lab like that one guy was spouting, I don't see anything being in the room that would make her resign off her path.
That would mean any blackmail MC receives is path-dependent, and there isn't much dirt on him on all the other paths.

Yeah, I'm probably reaching a bit.
Just been feeling like she'd want to leave for the sake of the relationship, not having to keep it a secret, but it's difficult to justify her leaving B&R when not on her path.

This is the part I take a lot of issue with, and it leads me to believe you don't really understand the character at all.
He doesn't really have any issue getting girls. He's had a long term fuckbuddy in Zoey, and while working a summer job made friends with an eventually hooked up with an attractive co-worker. He's socially outgoing, funny, and attractive.
He's obviously intelligent, as he gets accepted at B&R his first time applying. He's confident and self-assured, with a father who cares deeply for him.
Obviously the rest depends on how you play him, but he's got a bunch of positive traits where he only needed a chance to shine, and the DIKs gave him that opportunity. First to prove that he could be a solid brother, and then show his full strength by effortlessly falling into a leadership role when there was a vacuum.
Believe it or not, that happens all the time in real life. Someone with unknown talent steps in to fill a vacant leadership position in a time of need and discovers wells of capability within themselves that they didn't even know they had.
At the end of the of the day our boy is a confident, good looking natural leader with both the charisma and intelligence to back it up.
Derrick is a great partner, but he completely lacks the drive to step up and lead like the MC has. He'll make an excellent VP, but he'd be a terrible president.
Even with the guy who lost the cumpetition, we're later shown he's not stable, simping over and eventually becoming obsessed with and stalking a girl who gave him a 5 second lapdance and made him eat his own cum.

I mean, things are moving quite well with Bella, in spite of whatever stupid curveball the locked room will throw at us. We're more than likely to get an ILY next episode, and the secret is already out on a minor scale.
I suppose by Episode 13/14, the end of the game proper, she can feel confident enough in us to leave B&R so we can stop hiding.

.Before episode 9 MC and Elena barely spoke with each other, than bumm, in the beginning of Episode 9 MC and Elena are like BFF because of their shared love for one of the "minigame" . . .
and then they start to interact. in that episode, oh yeah there was a moment in episode 8 too, during the dorm party, Honestly it's more memorable to me as MC dance with Josy and Elena mentioned it's look like love between them.
anyway, than ep 10 JB comes at you as the Cuck he is and almost begs you to fuck his girlfriend, in front of him, and then Elena text you , basically apologizing for his behaviour , and in the very next episode you take part in their sexual act.
I would hardly call this as an " Insane buildup " , considering that for example , getting together with Jill and having sex with her , took you as long as to reach the end of season 1, what is 8 full episode.

As you guys say, if MC didn't choose to be with Bella, she doesn't have a 'necessary' reason to leave...Well maybe she won't before the game ends. Assuming we are not in Bella path, the problems she will be facing are James and Stephen in the main storyline, maybe Magnar? She's a librarian, often comes into contact with those nerds. Stephen finally got divorce, definitely will 'invite' her again (She refuse him before monitoring students' test on Bella path, but she would 'think about it' if MC with the others). And judging from the preview of the Ep12, we are going to bring James back to the table for sure.
So I think most of the content about Bella in the later episodes revolves around these issues. Resign-stuff isn't that important until the game is finished.
