Well, I am doing one Bella/Jill route where I choose Bella in Ep 8 just because in Ep 11 the game kind of hints that there might be some future for the three of them (Jill lets Bella know that she has feelings for the MC and Bella and Jill hold hands on the MC's chest when they go to sleep in Bella's bed).
But that only happens if you had romanced both and broke up with the other in Ep 8.
So as much as I don't like breaking poor Jill's heart it's happening in that run.

She still gets all the warm fuzzy love in my Jill solo run.

She may be hot and sexy, she may help everyone, but she, like the other characters in this game, does not show her individuality.

You seem to be mixing up having a drink with being drunk and under the influence of alcohol.
Unless you can show in-game where she is drunk, as she clearly is in Ep 2 when she hits on and dances with the MC, you can't say she's drunk and that is causing her behavior.

She drinks because she lacks courage. She got drunk in episode 4 because she didn't have the courage to have sex with MC while sober. In episodes 7 and 8, she was also drunk; we saw her drinking.
Moreover, in episode 10, she was drunk again in order to have sex in a tent.
Sage has serious self-esteem issues, although she tries to hide it behind a mask of confidence and sexiness, but all of her aggressive sexual actions are done under the influence of alcohol or when she is emotionally aroused.

But, we clearly aren't going to agree on this so we can leave it as-is.

But we don't know how long that has been going.
It feels like a long time, but I have a hard time imagining that they haven't had sex all over the last two years.

We also know that whatever sex that did have was fairly vanilla.
When the MC titfucks her in Ep2 she talks about it as being "crazy" and "trying new stuff".

I would agree, I'm just looking at what the game shows us in that scene. At minimum, it leaves the possibilty of them never having sex open.

If they have been together for years without sex then I would hope at some point DPC has Sage explain their history and why she's been together with him for that long.

More likely it isn't meant to mean anything and we'll never really know.
