That intimacy Jill needs will be missing on Bella's path if they never made it all the way to the Bianca dinner, and Bella has no real interest in MC if she's been ignored on Jill's path, or doesn't harbor anymore feelings without the Episode 7 lewd.

The game is definitely hinting at something between Jill and Bella and the MC if you have romanced both and then broke up with one in Ep 8. The pics you showed illustrate that.

But the Date Bella and Break Up with Jill route definitely makes more sense than the other.
If you date Bella and break up with Jill then Bella knows you have feelings for Jill.
And you then tell Jill you would have chosen both if you could and then kiss her back (these are required to get the holding hands in bed scene on the Bella route).
Jill then tells Bella that she and MC kissed and she still has feelings for him.
With all that Bella chooses to hold hands with Jill on MCs chest in bed.
So in this scenario all three know of each other and know that the MC has feelings for both and both the girls have feelings for the MC.

To my mind this could plausibly lead to a few different things:
--- No romantic interaction, Bella was just comforting Jill knowing about Jill's feelings.
--- Bella suggests that the MC also date Jill, but they are not a throuple. MC dates Jill and MC dates Bella separately.
--- They become a throuple where they are all together. Jill and Bella might or might not interact sexually when they are all in bed.
--- Bella, realizing that her relationship with the MC is probably bound to fail, pushes Jill and the MC together and removes herself. (and my year is ruined)


The Date Jill and Break Up with Bella route makes a lot less sense, at least where we currently are in the game.
Jill has no idea that there was ever anything between the MC and Bella.
So her holding hands with them both as they sleep to me just indicates Jill seeing Bella sad and comforting her, just like the MC did.
Going from that to bringing Bella into her relationship with the MC is a pretty big hill to climb.
First Bella or the MC or both would need to tell Jill about their history and admit there are still feelings.
That would probably initially cause pain between them same as it does if you choose Bella over Jill in Ep 8.
But Jill would get over it.
Then she would need to go from accepting the MC and Bella's past to wanting to share the MC with Bella.
I don't doubt that the game will have a way to get there, but doing that in a way that makes sense for the characters is going to be a challenge for DPC.
