But you got the keyword there, they're best friends, from what we've seen, Jill means the world to Bella and the feeling is probably reciprocate so I don't really see her ratting out her best friend, even if she starts hating her and MC after what they did.
My bet is that there will be some kind of redemption arc for the rest of the season, or even maybe the rest of the game where MC works hard to repair Bella and Jill's friendship. MC and Jill's friendship is one thing I'm very curious about, I think it might be one of those Cathy's panties, "consequences of your choices" kind of deal where DPC says "fuck it", locks us out of certain content in that route and we players have to come to terms with.

There was never, and will never, be an official patch from 7 to 8, because he changed from 32-bit to 64-bit RenPy. Some members of the community made an unofficial patch, but it was easier to just torrent the whole thing from RPDL.
He's been in college less than 2 months. Excluding Bella, I doubt most of them would know if they were pregnant in that time window in the first place.
Not to say I'm not trying, of course.
how do I play the interlude? when I download it I only have the option to load in previous saves (which I have none)

Before you get lambasted by the other denizens of the board, I'll tell you that you do need a save to play the interlude. You can playthrough the "main game" or get a save from a friend. A few pages back someone posted a save they were pretty proud of. If you ask real nicely you could probably get one from some kind soul.
I know what most people don't care about Emma and Bret since they are brand new characters but what do you guys predict will happen to the two of them in the future. I feel like they kinda represent the worst case scenario of what could happen in a "Zoey route- bad end".
Does anyone have a list of the new songs added in the Interlude? Particularly looking for the "Shitfaced" songs.

As far as their canonical endings, will depend on wether they hook up by the end of the Interlude. If they don't I imagine that's the end of it for them. If they do, it'll be bumpy but I imagine they'll work it out with each other despite the awkward morning after.
As for their future in BaDIK? I imagine it's going to be something similar to how Steve is treated in the game. Is there to help the player mold MC's (in this case Zoey's) personality then disappear into the sunset. Maybe show up later in the story as sorta fan-service or "if it isn't the consequences of my actions" sorta thing. But all in all rather meaningless to the the characters story.

Emma's cookoo and pretty much vintage trailer trash, so in her future i see 5 cents gumjobs to pay for meth.
Bret's a standup dude but loose with money, as can be evinced by his paying Zoey to literally just stand around, so i see him going bankrupt in a few years, then slowly falling into an abyss of alcohol and depression - partly fueled by the desertion of all his friends and loved ones - until finally he'll be enticed by a man of dubious intent into playing the geek in some godforsaken circus at the very edges of the civilized world, thus unknowingly - or maybe knowingly - fullfilling the macabre destiny he was always meant for.
