If you go by the number their should be a smaller EP every 5 updates if you count the Interlude this would be the 5th EP. So 9 should be more then 7 and less then 8. My math might be wrong but i don't care if the answer is right

Man, what is wrong with people today

Everybody's got their kinks, Carolyn, and they often do not make sense. Myself, I've got a breeder fetish. I have zero clue why, as I absolutely fucking loathe children. A crying child immediate triggers a rage response in me, and I would beat a child to death if I had to raise them, no question whatsoever. My hatred of them goes so far back in my life that I never considered having them, until I met a certain someone when I was 35. I didn't really want to have kids with her, either, but she was the first woman I'd ever met where I saw her in my mind's eye standing somewhere with our children already into their teenage years. It kinda freaked me out.

I don't want kids, but the idea of getting together with the right women and making them? Well, that's just a happy thought, and in the world of VNs a completely harmless one that safely fills a void in my life that would otherwise become a homicide charge. The optimal relationship for me would be a threeway (a la J&M), where I'm really just there as the donor figure, who shows up from time to time to provide some affection. That way those kids will be raised in a loving home.

But it's difficult, truly difficult, when the MC is dumb as shit, and we're not allowed to make good choices.

Some people's kinks lean more towards banging their family members, and while not a major focus for me in these games, it also doesn't really hit my taboo list. Some of the games that use it have it set up in interesting ways (see Chasing Sunsets), so it both does and doesn't cross the line at the same time, which amuses me a fair bit.

Then there's weird shit like WVM where it's basically "you are obligated to fuck everything that moves, and more than 80% of the people you're fucking look better than your MC's in-game girlfriend", to which I can only think "Well, yeah, if my GF looked like that I'd be sticking my dick anywhere else I could, too". But it's got a few in there who just want the MC for his seed, so it kinda treads across into my kink territory and I check out the updates.

What's wrong with us? We're all horny people who often aren't getting all of our needs met, for a myriad of different reasons. In here, we can all be happy perverts. Even the goblin fuckers.

For as many people as I've heard spout this nonsense, I have a number of friends with kids who assure me that it was the worst decision they've ever made in their lives, and they do not have that feeling you describe.

To paraphrase, "If somebody tells you that they are a terrible person, you should believe them". I am. I would be an absolute nightmare of a parental figure. My temper is such that it would be a horrible thing, and as a result of that I have made a very active life decision to not have them. Kids deserve better that what I would be. Especially now that I'm old.

In Josy, if she had been available on a solo run from the start, that might have been it for me. That girl is fantastic.

She still looks a little too much like my ex-stepmother, so I had to work past the hate to really appreciate her, but I think she's kinda like Megan from AL in this regard: That's who DPC wants you to get set up with. The nice off-white girl who's there for you from the beginning. (and I'm 100% OK with that in theory, because I do love a woman with some color to her). Unlike Megan, Josy doesn't feel like a bland generic tarp, so I can appreciate her.

If AL had been Josy instead of Megan, I still would have left Josy in the house fire in order to rescue Missy, but I would have at least felt really bad about it.
