Again the description:

It's about the main characters playing a game of "Sugoroku". It has a surprisingly big amount of scenes, as each of the three male characters has their own scenes for the two girls - even with different "endings". It's simple but fun, with a peppy soundtrack to boot.

Or in Suzuya's own words from the DLsite update on March 19th: "I added a bonus after clearing the game. Since this game is independent from the main story, please extract the compressed file and enjoy it."

How to play:
Just extract and play. No need to overwrite anything as it's a standalone game. Please note that the translation quality is way worse than for the main game as I didn't apply any manual edits to the Sugoi MTL - I only made sure that the minigame itself is running free of issues (at least on my end, tested for three "playthroughs"). Please also note that the game has an autosave system. You can't save manually, probably to avoid bugs with variables etc. The reminiscence room should unlock after one successful playthrough (playing until the game proceeds to one of the endings - should trigger when either the MC or the NPCs win a couple times).

Can you reupload the dlc? It keeps giving me "empty folder".

EDIT: Ok nevermind, it was in the game the whole time, I just needed a full save from here (even though I beated the game twice...)

there's also some mijishi games, like Ruins of Luxoria, Amor Magical Academy and Mercenary Band NTR that focus a ton on netorase in order to improve the MC or the heroine's power. They're fun so I recommend
haven't finished Mercenary Band NTR yet but so far I'd say Ruins of Luxoria is the best game out of those three

the main menu, although iirc i think the game you get from the OP is bugged, it's supposed to unlock the gallery on the main menu after beating the game but doesn't. someone posted a full-gallery save here which has the gallery on the main menu, try that

New Suzuki game looks neat.

It was a good game but just can't compare to Suzuya's magnus opus, Hero Kairu. New game seems interesting but will also be played as a formulaic rpg hentai game with scenes centered around the two central females.
