When you go to the store for the party supplies, don't buy them from Luna when prompted.
Victoria will show up and you'll deal with the protesters. Then you'll talk to Victoria.
You can ask her to get the supplies under the guise of helping her with the public relations task her father gave her.

I don't think it's a bug, just an alternate way of getting the party supplies.
This way you have more interaction with Victoria and don't have to spend your own money on the party stuff.

Nah man, game got my attention, started playing and I wasn't even trying to finish it in one go but I couldn't stop, until that part where it goes into a loop

Is this game bugged to fuck? I seem to have missed half the content and am stuck at a save screen at the end of the hospital visit. Never met Nina, no idea what the party is about, etc.

I'm experiencing the same thing. Also with a fresh download / fresh play of the mega version, I seem to be locked into the VN route? There's no option of a sandbox anymore?
