Thats a bug from the urllib3 thats fixed in a later version.
Do you have Python installed?
If so then i would recommend you to use the py file version.

That is a problem with Bepinex itself. BepInEx has some issues with some games, just post an issue at their github.

unstartable, after patching (stops at the splash screen). Just opted for the BepInEx plugin (4), since I wanted to try the universal demosaic, but alas, won't start afterwards.
Well, same shit happens if I try with "vanilla" Bep, so it's just a "thought you should know" thing, I guess. Probs doesn't like BepInEx's default config regarding the latching on or somesuch.

Sorry for the late reply(was on vacation), that sounds like a BepInEx problem to me.

It is just you.

Maybe check if anonfiles for whatever reason is blacklisted in your browser/extension or something. Nothing else comes to mind.
