Just as the female MC's sister states in the novel, sexuality and gender are different; which Emma appreciated.
That should have been a reaffirming moment, since the one who had teased her the most was making a serious statement about how gender identity and sexual orientation are not linked to one another.
Emma has spent the totality of the story discovering what it means to be her true self, as a woman. Her sexuality was never in question.
Until one incident, on one drunken night, the author decides to pull a switch and invalidate the rest of the story, and a core part of the female MC's character.

I mean the FMC's own body showed what her subconscious was thinking, getting ready to go to the bar right after being introduced to Yuna, the male MC got a boner from watching the FMC get ready to go out and:

breaking away from all the comments whining about Emma and Michael being a pair (I saw it a mile away and love it personally) this is an amazing game. if I could change one thing? add a 3rd option to view both POV's concurrently. as I find myself checking both scene as i play rather than replaying it. a minor thing compared to the awesome story building and plot

I think people focused waaaay too much on the fact that this is double protagonist. I came into this game expecting it to be like the game 2 Sides where from the beginning I knew exactly who the intended couple was supposed to be and everyone else was just a side detour to show other things in their life. This was never going to be about letting you choose who you wanted each MC to end up with, it was always going to be with each other and the game was a journey in how each person had their sexuality changed over time. Even female MC who supposedly only liked girls started playing with her butt with a dildo.

No you're definitely right about this. While the male MC is drowning in pussy the fem MC path feels sad and lonely and like everyone's forcing her feelings. My only point was that the game was always going to be about their relationship developing and them being the endgame, I dont think it was handled well at all though.

yeah i knew early on where it was heading, Supposed to be a love story i'm guessing, i too think it was handled wrong seems there's not many trans peeps on this forum? or LGBTQ's? would of thought they would be raging at the way this story's going has all kinds of moral issues in it, like the brainwashed poor tans mc to like males, or the fact that Lucy who runs the LGBTQ club and is supposed to have a "safe" space for them basically made it super unwelcoming and uncomfortable by sleeping with FMC on first day, then treating her like garbage the next few months, i like benny but he too tried to push a Female to Male Trans onto FMC.

My point if its not clear i really liked the game, but i hate with a passion that the narrative that the Dev went with was to beat "YOU LIKE MALES" into the FMC in this story, she states through out the entire game to this point. It should of been a gradual realization on her own terms, i can understand a few people who are close the the 2 mc's "suggesting" they might like each other but please why is EVERY conversation turned into you like male mc, and when she says "i don't" end that conversation and move on, maybe have her think about it gradually and start realizing instead.
To late now obviously since the story's already this far but it would of been better if handled differently IMO

I am actually pleasantly surprised we're getting an arc where Michael and Emma are together... the question is whether this is just going to be a college fling or if they are actually going to be endgame. I unabashedly love the best friends to lovers trope so I was always hoping they would get together at some point.

At the end of the day, Emma is the one choosing to be with Michael or not, yes she might have been told by people she trusts that they would make such a perfect couple... and that remains to be seen if that is true, but ultimately, no one is forcing her to make a choice and put a label on her sexuality. I also like seeing that Michael also showed a lot of growth in his attitudes and beliefs, being supportive and open minded to be there for his best friend, but also not shy away from his feelings that he seems to be developing for her and willingness to be with some of the other trans characters.

Ideally, I would have preferred Michael to try dating Claire or even Kim first after his recent breakup with Elly before going all in with Emma... and then if something happened between them at some point, fine, but it is what it is and we get a lonely, jealous Emma and a horny, open minded Michael deciding to hook up.
