This is a know issue, you can read about it here.
Or you could download this port without the mod. Or wait until someone makes a new Android port including the fixed mod.

Not sure what current content if any is "incest" but last time I played the game the only incest content was one of the male characters that the MC possesses is sleeping with his sister, I guess maybe in the future if he can get his original body back he could get with his mother, she is in the game but I don't think there is any sexual content with her, there wasn't when I last played.
