I wonder how I missed this game. The art is looking great, with a lot of female characters and different poses. Definitely going to try it out.

As for the mc actions, for now, there is a combined dialogue control system, in some situations when I think that the player needs more freedom, or when it's important for the story, he can choose the dialogue option, and when it's not necessary, the character speaks for itself to not bother you with choosing between boring options like "say yes/say okay/say sure."
Ideally, I want to develop this system by making it part of, roughly speaking, the karma system. So if during the game you do "bad deeds", you are losing control over the situation. Like, the power you possess intoxicates you and you are just flowing through the game watching things happen, your castle friends are leaving, but can't do anything about it.
And accordingly, in the opposite situation, when you have done good things, you get more control over your actions and dialogues.
But I don't know if it makes sense to talk about it, because I have too many ideas and plans and not enough results.
Maybe in a couple of months, I'll look at some random furry project again, cry, and delete my game's source folder. Or just die by accident. Who knows what will happen next, so there's not much point in talking much about the future.
At least right now I still have the motivation and I'm working hard. That's all.

Is the Anna quest bugged? nothing happened after i rescued her from the ruins and talked down the archer, cant progress with the Castle stuff either
I think this bug will appear if you haven't got the scene with archer. In the case where she just let you pass. I noted it. Will fix later.
Oh now I'm good. After surviving a real mental breakdown I actually can see new colors. And from now on I will draw my game art with them.

i liked playing this i was hoping there was more stuff to do after getting the chic with the sword in the party

Most likely because many games are very tendious it took too much time and focus to play to reach the lewd content, and when you reach it you are too tired to even want to jack off. At least your game story and lore are very fun so I'll enjoy the playthrough first before go back and care about beating my meat
Well for now the main mistake that I made is mixing this very "focus gameplay" with sex scenes into one plain mess. Like in other games you have to do quests for some girl so she'll progressively show you more stuff, but here...well you have no time to really desire the girl because you'll fuck her almost the time you met her, but even that fucking event is a boring 10 sec scene.
Now I already understand that the key to a good game is the balance of everything. It's not to go too deep into grind and boring stuff to keep your dick from falling off, but at the same time not to oversaturate the gameplay with fucking like I did, because then it just loses value. It should be like riding a rollercoaster.
I'm glad I figured that out and hope to get things in order with the next update. And also glad that I hadn't added control keys, so you can play just with the mouse.
Can't wait for the next update and how you will improve the game, I'm so glad that you learn a lot from those mistakes and will tried to balance things out. Sex scenes should not be too easy to archive but not too hard to get it, make it so people will feel like being reward and not bore but after all focus on the story telling and make it so people would get hooked on
By the way, as for the difficulty of having sex scenes, I haven't yet figured out how to extend the main character's contact with fuckable characters to create real interest so far. Because I can't just add some juicy milf to the game for which you'll dig potatoes and she'll show you her tits for it, as it usually happens, the plot simply won't let me do this. But I'd probably just have to get really creative with the gameplay, like make characters that escape the battle and then appear again, or I can create a guild of bounty hunters where you pick your own target, and in the process of hunting her gradually get to know her better, which causes a progressive increase in interest and so on, maybe I'll find a better solution later.
But right now I have a really cool idea. I've been thinking about the role of the mc in the party for a while, and I thought about making him something average with all kinds of abilities, but now I've really come up with a great role for him. Instead of one special ability, I'm going to make it a kind of lewd effects system. Like, there will be different characters with different types of personalities. So someone loves it rough, someone loves tender treatment and so on. And the player will have a set of various "tools" to crack the target's brain and body. And if you, for example, choose to caress the victim, and she loves that, she takes extra damage. If she doesn't like it, this kind of influence does almost no damage.
So Lia's role will be a healer/buffer.

And it will be sexy, when you for example try affectionate stroking on Patricia, and see how it makes her melt, then in your head you realize that behind all her strictness and coldness there is a desire just to be tenderly stroked, you realize that she's a kind of a tsundere type and it really makes you hard(at least me).
