Don't know about the LIs being barren or not, but the MC's gotta be at least impotent from steroids, if he doesn't pop boners 24/7 with all those gorgeous women in the game, or he's just another dumbass RL edgelord like the guy with a ridiculous haircut from a certain game this one's being compared with a lot.

no incest or pregnancy planned, so MC even having a sister seems unnecessary. I would say the same with the mom, but she seems kinda necessary for the plot (and probably not in the mood to fuck if she's sick anyway).

Not gonna lie, I hate Olivia's stupid, immature and selfish "me me me... it's always me who counts, fuck the others" shitty attitude, but I'd definitely smash. Guess the dev doesn't know an evil i-patch is a pretty good cheat to bypass Patreon's shitty guidelines.

So I guess MC and Sam aren't together anymore? Author wants it to be even slower of a burn I guess so now it would classify as an ember.

The MC and Sam not being together but being obviously in love with one another, despite him pretending to be a square about it using their friendship as an excuse, isn't exactly a bad thing for the simple reason that there's not too many players who like the default GF trope they get stuck with and with which they feel no connection in many other porn games, but we can all agree on the part about the progress. Assuming the game won't be abandoned till the 2nd Ch is released, reworking everything instead of continuing the story is a questionable decision that was bound to get the dev at least some criticism. Complaining now about something so predictable is pointless.

Hope he pulls through and manages to finish it, but, as much as I hope to be wrong, I'm having my doubts about this.

Post-release and Chapter 2 info (public)


A few words about the release:

I'd definitely be lying if I said I had no expectations. It wasn't just about support or download numbers, but rather the reactions from players that interested me. And I have to admit, most were way more positive than I originally thought. As you know, people usually don't see anything good in reworks. But from these reactions, it seems this one wasn't pointless. Thankfully, I've received a lot of positive feedback on Patreon. I've been trying to reply to everyone, even though there's a lot. But in the end, everyone will get their answer so no one feels neglected

I'm really happy that many of you were able to appreciate the work I put into that rework. Thank you all ♥

Next step - Chapter 2:

Even though I planned to take a few days off after release to recharge and clear my mind, because the last month has been pretty hectic, I couldn't stay away for long. After a few hours, I fired up Daz and started working on Ch2. Either I'm really in love with it, or I've become addicted to the whole development process. I still don't know if that's good or bad, haha

Now that I've started development, I'm also getting back to dev logs. However, this time I'll be less generous with previews. With Ch1, I mostly tried to stick to the progression of those scenes as in the original version, although of course, I added some new ones too. With Ch2, I did the same, but a lot of content is completely new. So I can confirm that Ch2 is even bigger than Ch1, and I'm really looking forward to this part. We have some really interesting scenes ahead, maybe a bit less emotional, but there will be a lot going on

Since I want you to be truly informed about the process, the dev log will be coming out every Friday. And maybe it'll be a bit of a positive change - yes, I'll try to make these dev logs a bit shorter this time, haha

Lastly, I'd like to thank you once again for your support and positive feedback. Of course, there will always be people who don't like something, but that's okay, not everything can please everyone, right?

There's the cringe "m'lady" lame, embarrassing attempts at flirting, the famous handholding and kissing each other's cheeks, but that's prolly too kinky for most fans, so let's stick to the usual poison.

I don't agree having a sister does not mean she needs to be fuckable. Currently I do think the sister story is necessary because it shows the reason why she is depressed and what not.

No offense to you, my dude, but I don't buy the whole 'depression' thing the dev's trying so hard to sell us. Olivia's simply a spoiled, dumb, selfish bitch, the immature cunt who bluntly tells her mom, a caring, loving, supportive, attentive and dedicated single mother who'd jump in front of a damn bullet train or a tank and take a bullet for her kids, that she hates her just cuz her dear daddy, who never showed he gave a single flying fuck about her, was never around.

I know there's a general consensus among most men with a functional dick in their pants about single moms who used to be 'empowered' hoes in their youth and are crying their eyes out in the present that men don't want to deal with them and their bullshit after they clapped their cheeks, but in our case, the situation is drastically different. Lillian is a damn superheroine. This woman deserves a golden crown on her head, Superman's cape and a golden throne to sit on, cuz that's how awesome she was and still is as a mother. I'd argue that there's more to the story she told the MC about his stupid, abusive dad doing a complete 180 like that, she's only human, we all make mistakes, BUT Olivia's at least 18 yo in the story and knows or should know perfectly well what a great woman and mother Lillian is and should've thought at least twice about the words that came out of her dumb mouth instead of falling into a supposed "depression" after the MC called her out for what she did, a pretty convenient excuse for an immature, dumb brat who can't take responsibility for her own actions.

A lot of ppl do and say stupid things when being angry they later come to regret, but you don't talk to your parents as disrespectfully as you'd talk to one of your friends or a random person on the street, especially not to a mom like Lillian, who always had both her and her brother's best interests in mind and worked her ass off all her life for their well-being and future. The fact that she refuses to apologize to her under the excuse that she's too 'depressed' and can't face her mom makes it worse, cuz Lillian's time is limited, she dies in the 2nd Ch released prior to the Reworked Ch1, IIRC, and I don't think she'd mind her daughter talking things out with her, apologizing for the harsh words she told her and spending as much mother-daughter quality time together as they can.

was it REALLY the fact that Lily was pregnant with 2nd child the issue? or was it that 2nd child was a girl?

We don't have any official explanation to that yet, but it's pretty much stated by the MC that there's more to her story than what she told him. My guess is, she got caught in a moment of weakness due to the idiot's constant absence from home and neglectfulness toward her, cheated on him, and unlucky for her, she got knocked up with Olivia as a result of that.

She prolly tried to hide it from him and convince him Olivia was his, but somehow the idiot knew she wasn't, and all the alcohol and stress caused by his almost-failing business made him snap and beat her up that badly. Can't explain why else he'd do that to his own wife and mother of his son he loved so much after he himself pushed her in another man's arms, assuming she really cheated on MC's dad.
