If you did not join Alice in the bathroom twice after the nightclub before Kira came to your house. After Kira comes to your house. First, join Alice twice in the bathroom (with candy) without having fun with Kira in the living room. 1 time select "show you what i learned about kissing" , other time reach to and select option "if i were your boyfriend...".
next times give Alice a candy. After taking Kira to the living room, have fun with Kira in living room first and then join Alice in the bathroom at least twice to give her a towel .

How far into the content of the original had this game gotten to?

Shouldn't be the case - except if previously you had a very old version. Around 0.5 they changed the savegame format, which sucked, that made old save files unreadable.

But if it's about a MISSING save game
1. check the game folder of your old version and copy the savegames to the new one
2. At least the current version also keeps a copy of the savegames in Appdata\Roaming\RenPY\BB_AS.
See if your savegames are there.

Don't think there will be a physical fight. The DEV said "Under no circumstance, will Eric physically harm Max." I assume the opposite is also true. However, you can get rid of Eric in the next update.

Currently you can't do that. You can only collect the evidence. A few pages earlier several savegames were posted. I think you will find one there that includes everything from the current update.

The pictures are being composed at runtime by background image + charactrer images with transparency.
While it is possible to get all the partial images as png, you won't see the same as on screen. You'll have to make screenshots if you want to see the whole picture.

Ok, time to comment on the last update. Overall good progress HAS been made. The relationships with Lisa, Alice, and Kira are moving ahead nicely.

I STILL don't know what is REQUIRED for the 'long' route to remove the MONSTER known as Eric though. Yes, short route is WAR, and we have the 'Friendship' path, but we do NOT know if the longer removal will require WAR or PEACE. I would also like to know what I can avoid, as I do NOT want to watch the (EVIL Scum) MONSTER.

Currently one BIG issue is the lack of progress between Max and Ann/Mom. I do NOT mean that there needs to be any romance (or SEXY fun) yet, but there NEEDS to be progress in their relationship SOON. At this point there are very few interactions, and no REAL growth in relationship. Yes, She is seeing (EVIL Scum) Eric, but there should at least be SOME times where she and Max can talk a bit more. It is getting to the point that a reasonable change from watching a show together once a week, to SEXY fun will be difficult to believe/fit into the story. I have said (typed) it before, but helping with meal preparation and swimming scenes may be a way to help this relationship grow.

So, good update with some bits that need to be added. Relationships with all except Ann/Mom are improving (though we need to find NON-Alcoholic ways to get closer to Alice). For me, clearer indicators of the different paths and what is needed (and AVOIDABLE) would be good. The lack of Chocolate Chip Cookies is also becoming an issue (add them Darn it... PLEASE).

I'll do a HUGE wish-list later. So far GOOD work Aleksey90 . Thankyou.

Just a thought.

Seems that the persuasion system is broken during the punishment events. I have reloaded a save probably 25 times and it still fails despite having a 90% chance.
EDIT: NM figured out why. LOL Max was to be punished next and therefore Mom was like "NOPE, NOT HAPPENING THIS TIME"

In my game Max has only been punished once, from start of game. No matter how I try Max does not get caught. Of course I never peek at Ann with Eric, so maybe that's it. Speaking of (soon to be worm food) Eric, I hope we can start a worm farm. At $6-$8 a cup, for fish bait, Max will be rich.

I like this story but the grind is killer. It's never clear if I have reached the end of the content or if I need to grind away for another few weeks to reach a new scene.

What I really want to see, and dream of making myself, is this same story but told from Aunt Kira's perspective.
I'm torn between two stories. Her agent has been booking Kira into Faux-cest porn and that has become her kink. When Ann and family move to town and Kira moves in she starts toying with the idea of making genuine incest porn and leads the family down that path. The other story being Kira hadn't actually thought of involving her sister and nephew/nieces in her professional life but Max kind of led the way and Kira just got excited by the idea and had the connections to make it happen. Maybe Kira's agent finds Kira on Max's website and that's how Kira learns what Max is doing.

If you have all opportunities finished, you have reached the end of update. Sure there may be a few scenes left, but you can see them in any update. As for Kira finding out about webcams, Max will tell her, after Eric (swims with the fishes) is gone. Aleksey said there will be family porn movies(not with Lisa) in the game.

Edit: If you make game from Kira's perspective, I would consider supporting you.
