I can't get the blog opputtunity to trigger when I click on Alice's web can on Sunday or Tuesday at either 20:00 or 21:00.

I don't think this is happen to what has happened so far. But surely Lisa's behavior will change in the future.
I have no information about this. There is a possibility that it is a gift, but in the new version of Genesis, some items have been removed. So this bikini may have replaced the previous one.So Alice will have a new bikini? I wonder if it'll be a gift...

Sure, but if the clothes store is going to be available in the coming updates (since we had that preview of the cat-suite), its not too far fetched to assume it could be a purchasable gift. Even if the bikini is different because of the genesis assets, i'm just assuming this could be a possibility.
Don't think it would be that troublesome to code it in the game.

I did not rule out the possibility of any of these options. I just said that I am not sure which one exactly happened. Somewhere between 5% and 95%, as is the case with literally every single adult-themed IP you’ll find on these forums or anywhere else. The only thing slower and less punctual than a porn game is a quality Fantastic Four movie. Updates are a wholly unpredictable “watched pots never boil” situation. Every time you ask about it, it gets pushed back another week.

Does it work in reverse? For example if i say that I can't wait for it to be delayed it'll arrive early?
I don't think that's the proper reverse position you're looking for. A better example would probably be: "Well I'm glad the updates not out yet! I hope the update never comes out!"

Man of the House is the first one that comes to my mind, it has a very similar setting.
Lust Theory 2 is similar in the sense that the MC is trying to get in the kickers of his sisters and mother.

If I remember Lust Theory S1+S2 are pure VN (no free roaming), right?
If that's a go, I would also suggest No More Secrets.
Duality is also nice, but it's in a very early stage.
This game isn't exactly 'free roaming' either, if you want to get somewhere you got to follow the 'quests'. All these games are the same in that sense.
I think the only true 'free roaming' games are mmo's and even then you get restricted by the level of your avatar.
