Ok, as soon as you find hidden cam, open your pc, buy webcam book. After delivery go to bedroom, read book(20%) it takes 5 times, with cooldown in-between. Now open pc, pay $100 to start webcam. Keep asking mom for jobs(You can get money from Alice if you find her smoking at 13:00) go to pc click on webcam pay $50 for add. Wait for 2 Thursday, when prompted by game go to pc and search for loan.(I forgot to say, after you find cam, search on pc about cam, It's at the top, search box) Always if you see flashing in search box click on it.

No, aleksey90 said he is needed because reasons, so Eric getting with Ann happens no matter what, bringing the NTR in the game, even if the dev says he doesn't like Eric, he still does/is planning to do a lot of content with Eric.

In the original BB, Eric required a continuous grind to control Eric's influence on the girls. Failure to control this influence could result in a "game over" result of Max being sent to military camp.

For Eric to be anything but hated by players, he needs to provide new opportunities to Max not threats. That being said a little NTR is fine , even good.

Also for "Another Story" to be anything but a cheap copy, it needs to tell a new story, not just retell the original as it has so far.

Yeah for me he was kinda like a Dark Souls Boss, it was this road block that was baring you from treasure(and that what you can't have you want even more !) and making you work for every centimetre of progress. So just like DS when you finally beat the boss you have this "FUCK YEAH I'm the alpha now bitch" a real rush of endorphins. When you beat Eric you have similar moment of feeling accomplished.

Exactly. From the setup of the game, you'd expect that the game would be finished when Eric is gone since you beat it, but it's not. That's also when the story took a nosedive with the whole porn plot. When I first started playing BB, I thought the way to fight the boss was to chip his defenses away and then waltz over him with his own allies (in other words, seduce the girls from under his nose and fuck them behind his back, before kicking him out), and well... we all know what happened...

As far as I know, there is no way to stop Eric from dating Ann. But at least they should have several ways to prevent him from getting close to his sisters and aunt. (suggestion for the developer)
