I wrote two messages which addressed a topic in this game (you can guess what, starts with an "E"). They were suppressed supposedly because they were "off-topic", by some unidentified moderator, who I therefore can't contact, which is why I'm posting my message here.
Why haven't the answers to my message, or the message of other people talking about the exact same thing not been suppressed? This is not the first time this happens to me, and I usually shrug it off. But to quote the movie Network, this time "I'm pissed off, and I can't take it anymore".
It's intimidating, sullying and insulting to be punished for no reason, even as you respect stated rules, as one should. I'm all for rules guaranteeing good behavior and respect, but I need here to call out what amounts to a form of bullying.
Because my message was taken away, and not others, I can only conclude that the moderator acted arbitrarily, either because he recieved a totally undue complaint by some freak who disagrees with the perfectly respectful, reasonable arguments I was giving, and was too lazy to read through the posts himself to realise they were on-topic, or because he also disagreed personally with arguments, which otherwise did not constitute a breach of rules and terms of this site. Can I know if the moderator who slashed my posts speaks good enough English to even understand what was said? I noticed some of these moderators can barely put two English words together without basic language mistakes.
I'm also writing this, perhaps even risking getting thrown out of the F95 forum altogether, because this, in the end, speaks to all of you as well. If I do get expelled just for this, it will only further prove my point.
What a wonderful, democratic world we live in. Just make sure you agree with the bullies on this thread, or on others.
