So anyway the first game I should be trying is Big Brother: Another Story v0.09.2.03 right?
Then after completing BBAS, I might as well check “BB Renpy Remake Story” which contains fan content and whose pictures quality are kinda inconsistent. Hope I got that right?

Now I also downloaded OnlyFunz Cheat Mod as well. But there are two other patches in OP “Patches- Incest & Game Extra”.

Now Incest seems to be included in OnlyFunz Cheat mod so I can ignore “Incest” but do I have to download “Game Extra” or not needed? What does it contain?

"Game Extra" is important, as it gives access to Photo Gallery view in the game.

There are some posts by BlackPanther and Lukumoide with according persistent files, yes.

The Ren'Py Remake started as a rebuild of the original game on Ren'Py, but they integrated several fan mods. The quality of the renders varies a lot. This game is what you go for if you want all sorts of fan made content mashed into one game.

That version has by far the most content, but as you mentioned the quality varies a lot. It also's also pretty jarring when you want to see the fan made content since most of it is not integrated into the game. You'll see a dialog option like "shopping mod" or something when interacting with Lisa and be able to fuck her immediately even if you hadn't made any progress with her at all in the base game's story. Same thing for all of the other characters. So there's not really a story. It's more of a gallery that includes the original game and a bunch of mods all thrown in together but not really a game with a story.

I did still enjoy seeing some of the content but with the story being so irrelevant I really couldn't get into it. It's more like looking through a CG file than playing an actual game, although I consider it superior to Glamour. IMO, BBAS has by far the best integrated story and the most plausible side paths. Unfortunately it has not progressed anywhere near as far even if you play the 0.9 version instead of the new demo.

Yeah, that was already the case with the old mods and the first mig mod collection (Smirnity or something like that) which they copied 1:1
And I don't think they integrated the new mods in a good way as well.
At that point back in the days I stopped playing the game.
I downloaded the renpy remake to extract some good Alice shots, but I really have no desire to actually play it.

But it's probably what the "whenfuckmom" and "whynolisa" factions wants, who are not interested in a game, but only in seeing people shag.

Actually, it´s been more than 3 months (the test version was released on February 28), and the update was originally expected to be released between April and May. I´m not complaning in any way, since I love everything from the game (gameplay, renders, mechanics, characters, etc), just pointing out that there was indeed a delay. Nothing serious though, we can wait

I´m pretty bad at quoting, but on March 26 there was a post on Patron (you can still find it), where he said the full update would be released in April or May. It´s not a big issue for me, but perhaps it would be better for him to exagerate a bit with the release date, since he never managed to release an update on the time promised and people will always complain.
I´m not complaining by any means. I really enjoy the game and I´m happy to wait until is ready

Personally, I've never really cared if a dev misses a deadline. They're self imposed anyway. The more important thing to me is that they give some kind of reasonable updates on progress. They don't necessarily even have to have a set deadline. It could be something like "making good progress, no ETA yet" early in a cycle. Later in the cycle it might be something more like "getting close to finishing the next update, ETA 1 week". When running into problems it might be something more like "having unexpected issues, probably going to take an extra week". Something like that would keep me happy even if he never actually sets a deadline in advance. What I don't like is when you get radio silence for 6 months and wonder if he got hit by a bus (I'm talking about devs in general, not Aleksy in particular).

I imagine this next update will be an important one for Aleksy since it will give his supporters a good idea of whether the rebuild is going to pay off with faster development eventually or if it's going to end up being the equivalent of like a year with no content compared to the previous version. So if it was me I would rather release a good update a bit late than a bad one on time.

I do really like what he changed in the demo version, more variations of repeatable scenes and such. Seems like that will take away some of the repetitiveness that the old versions have.

Sometimes it seems like people expect these devs to just be working 24/7, and it doesn't matter if they're a team or one person they MUST get a release out and if it's not a huge update with tons of content that's EXACTLY what they want they're just scammers milking their supporters.

Usually while pirating the games and never giving the devs a cent.

Don't like seeing a dev get lumped with ACTUAL scammers whenever something isn't quite finished when they expected it to be.
