very nice .... just a question. Did her head flowing over the pillow? Dont know how difficult is to make bed/pillows looks like that the person have more than 0.0001 kg weight. But i must say your pics are golden!

I think @cj_mc_kim has the winning technique here. Good job. How did you do it? Suggestion: a strong shadow of the window frame across the scene helps the viewer believe that moonlight is coming in through the window.

Yeah you can use d-formers to do that. It's not actually too difficult really. But these were really just test images.
