Book not only restaurant. Ann gets wasted after four or five. Should not be hard to visit restaurant several times and try 1,2,3,4 glasses as long as you remember to book pool or room at the same time. She won't do anal on first time.
127 is part of Lisa's story. It is achieved automatically.
126 is one of the Ann's joga variants at 7:00 am. I think you can get it after Ann allows Max to work on other hole in her story.
130 is Alice show with second toy. Do toys in order or don't push third toy to the limit until you get 129 and 130.
156 have Kira present at 18:00 (invite her to hotel) and punish Ann instead of Alice. Answer was already posted in this thread.

Hi Guys ! Would you like to ask if the game (Big Brother v.013) also has errors for you?
Since I started the game twice and went the same way, something different happened to me every time!
When I talk to aunt Kira and she says what to do next, it doesn't work! (Example: I should sleep in mom's room and unfortunately I can't get into her room) Then I used a previous save and spoke the same text to Aunt Kira again and then I was able to enter Mom's room!
That's exactly how I have the problem with Lisa! I should teach her how to kiss and learn to do it and when it is finished I should buy her the magazine and later buy another magazine and then buy a cell phone card! And one night she plays with herself and from there it doesn't go on with Lisa! Aunt Kira should usually come up with a plan in which she comes into the room and Lisa should give me a blow job! That was the case with the first game! and in the 2 game where I started again, this is no longer the case! (In my opinion, since Aunt Kira has so much text in this game, there are any mistakes!
Therefore I ask you whether you have encountered such errors or other errors that you have made? ! I personally think this game is good, but I think it just has too many mistakes! Because, as I said, Aunt Kira just has too much text in this game. Almost everything runs through Aunt Kira!

Original 0.13 version tends to have dependencies between stories. In order to progress some opportunities you have to get other opportunities to next stage. It also got some RNG and Max not always can enter Ann's room at 0:00 after she returns from work.
Lisa's kisses get locked until Max gets Lisa back from Eric. You might start that quest, then Eric takes her away and you have to get Lisa back to be able to talk with Kira about kissing lessons.
Last original BB error that I've seen was in 0.3 or 0.4 when dev miscalculated what players might do to protect Lisa from Eric. And it does count Sacrifice opportunity as achieved even when player never triggers it.

Push Ann's and Alice stories further. Max has to corrupt Ann further for Lisa's training to start.
Olivia gets into the house only in one Lisa's story line. Lisa got other two lines. All comes to a single choice that you make near the beginning. All you had to do is make a different choice about Lisa and Alex. Stories are with Lisa+Olivia at the pool on weekend, one off 1000 usd payment and bunch of smaller payments in jewelry if I remember correctly. This mod is playing the story with Olivia at the pool. If you made 1000 usd payment choice, you might not get any dialog option for Lisa until Max has 1k USD in the pocket.
0.13 is a click/one-more-turn fest due to its economy, interlinked dependencies, obscure triggers and RNG. Just continue corrupting Ann and visit Lisa at 10 am sometimes. Some Lisa's story triggers are at 10am before her school. Some Ann's triggers are at 22-23 hour and not at 00:00. If your Kira still sleeps with Ann, trigger might be at 3 am or some dialog with Kira at 10am.

I'm trying to get 146 and 147, and I read that in order to get them you need first to get caught by Alice when you're doing stuff with Lisa in living room at 23.00. I tried that scene many many times but I never got caught, am I missing something?
Top line in booking "page" should be interactive. It changes between restaurant, pool and hotel. Or maybe you have to put card number somewhere to activate pool and hotel tabs. Or you have to run through all receptionist talk options to make them visible. I had them unlocked long before 0.12. Can't tell if you are not hitting something specific to new release.
The talking icon is not active or do I need to do something to be able to talk to her in the morning?

And there is a bug with the Olivia character picture.
