Book restaurant AND hotel room. Don't let Ann drink more than four glasses. Should not take more than a week to run through four possible variants. If you book only restaurant, Max and Ann go home or Max carries totally wasted Ann home. If room is booked, they go to hotel room and can spend some time there together. Ann will not agree with anal during first time in hotel. She will only glance at Max.

Booking interface might require entering card number to activate pool and restaurant. If you see card number option in booking page, fill in it first. If you don't see any option for restaurant and pool, visit hotel reception and exhaust all dialog options with ginger or other receptionist.

When Max goes to studio, he has option to read movie script before filming. Read the script or have its copy next to game screen and follow the script. If you went through Lisa quests, you had to grind with only one video option available. It is relatively short movie with Alice and it is not hard to remember script in that movie.
