There are no translation files or images. I don't understand how you managed to delete it.
To start the game with a new update, you need to download the game completely, not replace the old one with a new one.
All you need to do is just download the archive, unpack the archive, download the archive with the fix and unpack where you need it, nothing complicated, and play.
