The version I downloaded here is 21.0.018, but when I open the game, it displays 21.0.017. Is this correct？

0.21.0.018 patch did not update BigBrother_Data/mainData. It only partially fixed problem in Data/09.txt. Displayed version number is in mainData file.

Game has logic and displayed strings in same files. Version you are running depends on Data/*.txt an Mod.txt contents and not on displayed version number.
