It is not mod related. Original mod distribution site specifically warns not to play in Olivia's path.
There is no logical way to continue 0.10+ story in Olivia's path. In later versions Lisa introduces Max to her schoolmate, who got dumped by her boyfriend. It is hard to introduce to somebody who Max is already fucking.
If you select Olivia's path, story ends with Max having just one girlfriend.
You would not call FarCry game broken, if you select to go hunting with Pagan Min.

I also suspect that you got rid of Eric without actually following the story as you are missing Sacrifice opportunity. That opportunity gets registered after getting rid of Eric regardless of actually seeing Kira and Eric. Other missing opportunity is probably due to going via Kate's mom route.
Please note that some events in game are tied to Ann's mood being above 256/279. Keep her happy with "Are you tired?" at 10:00.

This game is abandoned by original developer without releasing android version. Binaries are closed and mod has no controls over them.

it is 118/128. I just changed it to 128/128 and tried it again, but I still get the same problem.
That event should not happen at momlust 118 or higher. Fifth time with Ann, Lisa and Max in the kitchen sets momlust to 118 and from that time Ann does not disrupt Lisa and Max doing stuff in the kitchen.
Please don't change flags unless cause of the problem is understood and you are advised to change flags with explanation why.
