You are at the start of the mod. Do not have sex with Ann between Saturday and Wednesday or you will get wrong event on Wednesday at 23:00. See mod walkthrough about renewed lessons in v.16. You have to do three lessons on Wednesday at 23:00. Do lessons only when you have to open the door when entering Ann's bedroom location. If you see Ann on the bed when you enter bedroom location in game, you will ask for wrong lessons.
Next time don't hack save files and do not play this game in Olivia's path. By selecting cunning plan at the start of the game, you end up in game that stops at 0.9 version.

Same advise as for previous poster. Do not play this mod in Olivia's path. Max will get Olivia as girlfriend in mod using similar events as the ones from cunning plan of dealing with Alex. Do not do repeated lessons with Lisa and Ann once Ann offers Max more than BJ, if you enter Ann's bedroom and do not have to open the door to see her on the bed. Game will probably fix your currently corrupted setting. I can't be bothered to trace when corruption will impact progress.
You did three renewed lessons with Ann and Lisa. As per mod walkthrough next step is to talk to Lisa Monday to Friday, 10:00, first dialog option.
If you do not want to get stuck on hot coffee quest, read what texts are telling during events. You can talk to Lisa at 10:00 in this mod and you can talk to Kira at 12:00.
Next main story and hot coffee progress steps are at 10:00 in Max/Lisa bedroom.
Your current hacked story does not make sense as Max met some blonde near school who was dumped by her boyfriend.

Walkthrough talks about periodic event triggered in 0.22 "Чем планируешь заниматься?" / "What are you planning to do?" dialog option with Ann. Periodic events do not advance the story. If you are running newer version, dialog options do not match 0.22 walkthrough.
I think you do not have to grind sex with Lisa in shower, if you do not want to see same scene over and over. THere are only few variants of them doing it in shower.
Depends on your story progress. Maybe you can find non periodic event in walthrough that tells you to have sex with Lisa.
