Porn 13.jpg - it is non-repeating event from original game. If I remember correctly, BB mod/rewrite in renpy can replay it without breaking story.
momroom-nightenter .... - once per week periodic event on Saturday from .18 mod and identical event from .18 career story progress.

attachment got two saves past .18 content. Do not trip 22:00 events in bedroom or make choices that do not extend those events for two hours.

Looks like guide is not accurate. There are two anal yoga repeated event paths.

"Periodic anal with mom during yoga" event starts in bathroom with "Actually, we can do it differently..." talk to Lisa, then Lisa and Max up against the window, then depending on your mco variable progress you get nothing or story or periodic "yoga" activities with Ann.

"Do you want some fun" events are translated as "Want to have some fun?" in English translation update. If you are running original game in English translation, you see that menu as empty selection line with no visible way to select it. You can activate that empty option via keyboard shotcut (number which matches line order from top). If you are running updated English translation, you are looking for

Want to have some fun? -> Let's do yoga...<i>and anal</i>

Happens on Monday or Saturday between 11 and 17, if Ann is at home. They will never happen at one momlust stage and depend on mco variable progress. I don't recall the way to see mco value in cheat menu. If that fun buggy repeated event menu gives only "Извини, я лучше пойду... " or "Sorry, I'd better go...", you haven't got to active fun random event stage.

If you are into reading code, I can point at file where all the conditions for getting something out of "Want to have some fun?" are.

Check Data/momtalk.txt file around line 168. Spoiler is from English update. That menu is dialog option with Ann. So location is where Ann is at the moment. Conditions are in momlust, hour, day and mco variable checks. Events that set momlust can be found by searching for "set_momlust" in Mod.txt and Data/*.txt files. Or you can read current Ann corruption level (aka momlust) in Ann's flags cheat menu. mco events are updated with "set_mco" commands. They are in Mod.txt, Data/06.txt and Data/13.txt. Day variable uses 0 for Sunday, 1 for Monday and so on. Hour check is 24 hour clock. Just remember that less or more condition means that hour listed in check is outside of active range.

momlust 94 is particular stage in game where Ann is angry at Max. It lasts for three game days.

"Want to have some fun?" is event replay. Player sees this dialog option with Ann well before any conditions are fulfilled. So most of the time players see only "I'd better go..." variant. This dialog with Ann does not progress any stories unless you get that text as secondary dialog option in one story line from original game.

If you check flags in cheat menu, use that menu only for reading their values. Do not modify flags manually as game often has multiple conditions that advance those flags and some events can change more than one flag at the same time.

If Max starts watching them at 22:00 and stays, they will go to living room and Max will follow.
If Max does not watch them at 22:00 or does not stay, he can enter bedroom at 23:00 and do other periodic event which involves Kira.

You haven't seen Alice in nightclub's toilet or did not talk with Kira afterwards.

Feed candies at 20:00 to Alice on Friday -> 3:00 near the pool -> click click -> How do you know that she does not wear panties -> Second option -> clickely click -> Kira goes to living room -> Don't watch her quietly and join -> watch porn with Kira and do other stuff

If you do it correctly, poss.aunt flag will go from 21 to 22. Don't change flag manually. There is another flag, which you can't see in menu. Then frame Alice with sigs on Saturday -> Max punishes her in public and gets more than spanking her.

if you use torrent downloads, just copy older BB mod to BB 0.20.0.014 directory and download torrent into same directory. Make sure that your torrent client checks files before downloading.

If you already have 0.20.0.012, just get updated English translation. There are no image changes between 012 and 014.
