About the Terrance 1 event before we corrupt Ann was it just a conversation about that scene or can trigger another sex scene with her?

You need autosave at momlust 81 when Max talked with Ann for the second time in her bedroom and she did something else instead of talking.
technically it is possible to go to TV after first sex in bedroom.

Have you tried punishing Alice in private at 23:00, when Kate is there?
I would have to see your save to understand why "cunning plan" progress is so low.
EDIT: had to check other things and found that there is no way you can go this far with poss.quest at 23. Lisa's and Ann's lessons are there.
