Saves are on page 69. Alice is from 0.20 mod content (play 0.19 save). Ann from 0.21 (play 0.20 save). Non-repeating events. Info on getting those events is in page 1 spoilers.

noticed that moms and alices mood went down to neutral fast...maybe caz i skip alot &/ignore some actios

Alice mood does not matter. Ann's mood - Do daily massage at 10:00-11:00 or at 16:00-18:00 instead of fast forwarding. "Are you tired?" dialog, shorter version if you advance story far enough to see other massage variant. Lisa's mood - Do homework with her instead of skipping and massage her near pool, if you get that event at 17:00.

(not sure about dates angle but regarding the mentor progressing) looks like spanking is my priority with liza ... so i clicked option to punish her after the meal - and spanked. no issue here (need 3 such spanks more as i read). BUT next time i was only given option to spank it at the moment / publically before meal ...is it random or did i miss something

2. Yes. There will be more grind and Max has to kick mom's boyfriend more carefully, but it is playable. If player is lucky, he might even see events that occur only under certain conditions near game start. 0.21 will introduce massive grind, if you don't accumulate enough money before reaching its content.

0.21.0.016 torrent and 0.21.0.016 translation will be fine. You will miss only one event in club with loads of clicking through, but it won't block story progress. 0.21.0.017 is distributed on other Russian forum, but it will lack English translation updates.
