thanks for the information that this may be a bug in the game ... I will download v0.21.017 now
Also fix Data/09.txt in 0.21.0.017 before playing and try to keep your older saves just in case. Last comments about it are on page 89.
This game has had a lot happen with it and it's frankly too hard to work out coming into it this late so can someone please clarify this for me. This version seems to be the best one, has the most content, is built on the original, and is still being updated. Is this true or is there another more "whole" version? I realize this may be a biased place to ask but I'm hoping for objective answers.
* This version is based on original game binaries. Do not download this game from public torrent sharing sites or check binaries in package that you got. Exe file should be the same as in Big Brother 0.13.0.007.
* Mod combined most of other small mods into a single package. When I read other mod descriptions, I can relate them to events present in this mod.
* Mod already closed/finished opportunities that were left open when original dev abandoned the game.
* This version is near the end of its development as modder promised only one more release. Probably in two or more months, if life and Chinese birds do not change things. If people want to encourage modder, he got donate options that work with paypal and he is getting a lot less than others for this mod.
* Original game dev is trying to reintroduce game content into his other game to regain his support base, but that goes slowly in usual Patreon milking pace.
* There is other game which is trying to do the same, but they did not go beyond 0.4-0.6 level of content and their game balance was not very good in previous version. Maybe version released this month fixed it, but I have doubts.

Continue going forward. In your save I did get option to enter Ann's room at 0:00 on Tuesday or Friday after she returns from work. Use "Are you tired?" massage on Ann every day while going forward. Three butt massages at 0:00, third one activated "keep her on her stomach" option, Next day at 22:00 - Enter Ann's room and talk about it. Technically it was same Friday. Ask for advise Kira at 10:00 near the pool. Continue with butt massages at 0:00 on Tuesday and Friday as advised by Kira. Advise will be "keep her on her stomach and stop when possible" to reach Max's goals in relationship with Ann. Talk with Ann at 22:00 in her room, when Max gets option to enter the room. Eventually Ann will do what Max wants.
Your Max has not finished talking with Alice and Kate. You are one talk away from making those events periodic.
Keep visiting clinic every three days. After Max will get option to go there not alone, you might see how those events look like and continue clinic visits with Max going alone. Third option with Eve helping Max in some way in clinic counts as final "side effect" opportunity event. After than clinic events are repeating same things.
Use "What are you watching" options with Ann when she is next to TV when it is possible and "watch" TV with Alice. You haven't finished side stories there. "How about incorporating" TV watching with Ann is not story related. Just some random repeated events from mod.
If you don't know, on Saturday at 17:00 Lisa and Max can do homework in other way after some number of game days. Not story event, but you can see it only on Saturday.

Your screenshot does not give any information about your game state.
I think Ann/Kira were speaking about work in studio, but she is still not going to there. I suspect that you haven't triggered "Changing roles" opportunity. It can happen in two ways
A) You stopped scaring Alice with spiders at night.
B) You are on Olivia's path and Lisa does not care about spying on Max.
Olivia's path is dead end.

Double Penetration for Ann without Max. And double anal for Ann is even better
Not every one is into NTR content and main character in this game is Max. Not some puppeteer behind the screen.
Max already got rid of one competitor. Why he needs more competitors spawned out of the blue in last game release. It is not like we are playing some Bioware game that sets to destroy its story in the end.

As I understand it, we are talking about the ME series. In ME2 and ME3, you can choose a bad ending.
Max spent the entire game emancipating Ann, Alice and Lisa.
Already now Ann Lisa and Alice can do without Max (Alice's new porn films and Ann's Photosession). The option in which Max is left alone can be very likely
