if you enter midnight or after will not get sex with her and also if you enter after she get back from job you will not get as well .. you can get sex with her in the kitchen if she naked or in the toilet @ 20:00 or 22:00 in her room or 23:00 in her room or @ 21:00 front of TV and in youga time if you naked her

You can have sex with Ann once you complete the massage event. You see her on Monday and Thursday after work.
Then you have to talk to Ann in her room at 22-23pm to have a talk. This leads you to Kira. Another talk and back to Ann. After second time you talk To Ann back to Kira. Basically you read the quest text and do what it tells you to do and it will sort itself out.

ok kira's told that but Ann will not start new job before she caught alice and max front of TV having things together 3 times or more till she sit in sofa and have a chat with thand caught alice punish liza and max
