You can have sex with Ann once you complete the massage event. You see her on Monday and Thursday after work.
Then you have to talk to Ann in her room at 22-23pm to have a talk. This leads you to Kira. Another talk and back to Ann. After second time you talk To Ann back to Kira. Basically you read the quest text and do what it tells you to do and it will sort itself out.

I think abandoning projects is quite common these days. And there were projects with much more frustration than BB! Does the name "myster" ring a bell?

Name isn;t familiar but it is becoming more common because too many are taking the attitude that we are seeing described here in that they are only loyal for the month you paid and they feel no obligation past that month even if you paid them for a year.
