I've been using the latest version of Wine Stagin (3.8) and having the problem you describe. Thank you for your suggestion, do you happen to know where I could get the 2.21 version?

Sorry, I can't help, other than suggesting you update your graphics drivers.
I had a similar error from another game years ago. Try changing DPI settings in either your windows display settings, or in the applications properties. Both should be accessible through right clicking. Either the screen or the executable itself.

I really doubt that this is your problem, but just in case...
Did you download the game from here, or from a different source? This problem use to happen to people who had the original version from Patreon, and then they modded it with something from f95zone. They weren't compatible.

IMO it's still popular because in terms of content there's quite a bit to it. It's not like your normal 0.02 games out there with 5 minutes of content. Eventually people will move on.

No Eric means Ann never losing her job. Ann never losing her job means that she'll continue to live up to her own delusion of being a good, normal, mother.
Also, she'll never be in a position for Kira to manipulate her into sharing her bed with her (and thus never with Max).
She won't wind up in porn, which means nothing more than a hand job from her for Max, and Max will continue to be a "quick shot".
No doubt Ann would eventually catch on to Alice's camshows, and probably Kira "teaching" Max & Lisa, and wind up saving huge amounts of money from being alone in the house with only Lisa (probably in a chastity belt), whilst everyone else winds up kicked out with Alice probably living with Kate, and Kira and Max in jail.
There's a lot I'm missing out here, but Eric is pretty critical to Max's eventual sex life.
