Because if there is no Eric surelly there was someone else who help the thing grow up. For example the autor could use the aunt in a different way. And the thing work better then eric.
The real problem here is that the autor do not had the ball/guts to use his mind, istead of use the mind of shitty netorare child.
If you created a game with choice, you need to give us real choice. Is not a problem if eric was in the game, but the autor created a god eric system to destrod everything in game.

The author has never had clear in mind what he wanted. He has created aesthetically very beautiful and horny characters, but with plot/story he hasn't done great things.

Amen Brother, I agree completely with what you said here, this game could have been so much more but like you said, the vision kept on changing and its like the plot from start to finish wasn't even planned in advance it was like it was made up in a very short time, plus the game had a great premise with Eric but I agree with what you said here that Eric was in God mode and there was no way for the player to counter his every move, if the MC could counter his every move and beat him at every turn, then get rid of him the character would have been better received than he was from the beginning. That's kind of why I want to have a play around with a project using similar BB characters because I'm convinced I can write the thing better, I'm not a professional coder by any means of the word but I've had a lot of practice on renders over the last 10-12 months.

Like you said there were so many other paths this game could have gone down and missed opportunities, it could have been much, much bigger and it raked in 10's of thousands in its development time.

Did you download the game from here, or from a different source? This problem use to happen to people who had the original version from Patreon, and then they modded it with something from f95zone. They weren't compatible.

I'm going to share my opinion on here for just a second. I'm a huge fan of this game by the way but I'm just going to point out the inconsistencies and missed opportunities that could have made the game legendary.

If you create a rival character to the MC with a similar agenda of having a harem of beautiful women like Eric was intended to be then you also needed to program in countermeasures for the hero to beat the antagonist, the game had this potential built into the code at the start, the two stats of Eric's Influence and Max's Authority. These two stats could have been used to determine events in the game, for example if Max's Authority was higher than Eric's influence then the NPC (Ann, Lisa, Alice) would have chosen to watch a movie or hang out with the MC over Eric, likewise if Eric's influence was higher then the girls would choose him over the MC, simple game logic here could have determined more events/opportunities, for the player it's a challenge to keep Eric from boning his entire family and for the fans who liked watching the NTR thing (I don't understand myself, but not judging), giving it a win, win situation. Another stat called "Trust" could have been added between Max and Eric, so Max could give Eric false information and set him up to look like an idiot to the girls, this gives the MC another chance to sabotage his plans by giving him wrong information and setting him up for a fall.

Second point, Ann's logic. This was all over the place, yes Max was the peeping Tom of the house but let's face it, if your son hands you a photo which catches your boyfriend (who she has only known for a short time) masturbating outside the room of your daughter then any woman no matter how mentally damaged she is would literally throw him out and dump him. Ann spends all of the time Eric is in the game punishing the MC and turning a blind eye to what Eric is doing (her daughters and her sister). Her character improves over time but turning her into a porn star is not good writing is it?, there are so many other ways that this plot could have been written, some parts were good, credit where it's due here but other parts were just grasping at straws.

The hidden cameras, what a waste of time this was, the MC could have started his journey just peeking but when the cameras are installed why risk it?, just access the camera feeds from the safety of another room on the laptop. The hidden cams thing was a huge wasted and excessively grindy opportunity that could have been so much more.

The Olivia path ended up being a complete wasted opportunity too, I mean players could have taken that path and then merged the Olivia and Lisa girlfriend path together later on, as it happened this was not DS's fault as the Patrons voted for the focus to stay on Ann, Lisa and Alice but giving away that much creative control to the masses of followers he had was a bad idea in my opinion, DS was too tidy a guy when it came to this, he should have continued with his original vision of the game and not handed the creative strings over to others. Like I said DS is a decent guy and I spoke to him via message on a few occasions so my criticism is not aimed at him personally as I like the guy.

The lack of updates for Aunt Kira, this was borderline criminal that a character this hot is created and becomes a bit part player with very little interaction with the MC, she's the porn star and got the least amount of sex with the MC.

The way this game was developed also didn't capitalise on the strengths of the Unity Engine platform, like for instance interactive objects, animations, during the MC and Ann's massage scene the platform even supports the use of moving the mouse to move the players hands to make the game fully immersive, also another good gaming addition to the game in my opinion would have been orgasm meters for each character, where the player is in control of when the MC has an orgasm and could prolong a sex scene until the NPC orgasms first. The early versions of the game were stats heavy like building relationship levels with the girls but none of that seemed to matter in later additions to the game.

My point here is not to create a flame war but just to illustrate my opinions on how this game was a missed opportunity, it could have been so much more and I would have loved for it to have become that, I am a huge fan of the game and I'm a little disappointed that it's not going to be finished anytime soon, I supported this game at the higher level for almost it's whole tenure on Patreon, so I'm not venting this opinion to run anybody down, it's just me putting down my opinion.

Yes I'm being hyperbolic, but you seem to be wanting nothing more than being able to fuck everyone from the get go, making the game nothing more than a click & fap porn comic.

I'm not saying that having sex with any of them should be easy. That's not to say that an incestual encounter can't come out of nowhere. It wouldn't make for much of a game though. There are many routes to having sex with a family member. One of them is via someone like Eric, but to me that seems like an unnecessary detour, and for most of us there was a lot of unwelcome scenery along the route. I for one would much rather have seen Max working hard to seduce Ann and slowly winning her over despite her knowing better, versus all of the stupid stuff with the carpal tunnel syndrome and the porn movies and so on.

Of all the characters we're presented, Ann is probably the closest thing to a believable character, and that's stretching suspension of disbelief to near breaking point.

See, to me Ann seemed like the leave believable. At least during the entire middle part of the game. No adult woman is going to fall for the carpal tunnel thing, let alone for as long as she did, and that's just one example. I found Alice and Lisa to be more believable as characters. The problem was that they grew less likable over time.

If you have a Mac, go to the search bar at the top of the page, check off 'Search This Thread Only', and search for 'wine'. If this doesn't solve your problem, then I'm out of ideas...

When this game was presented the game was about a big bro who need to find a way to fuck his two sister and mother.

Then something change 5% of the new incoming was from ntr fan. So the autor change all the little thing introducing eric, to made ntr fan happy. Because ofc also they pay.
And... who happen?
The 60% of his incoming fell dramatically!!!!!!!!!! So i made you happy. If you want i can add more!!!!
When the game start without ntr (eric) the autor on his patreon page had almost earned something like 2500$
After eric was introduced... 1200$ He lost 1300$ for make the 5% of ntr fan happy.
So you can see the difference of happines.

Then he start again to say some good thing. Guys i see that not all ppl are happy with Eric thing (ofc:tf. Then now there is a way to remove eric completelly! And then his money raised again till 1600$
But the fan was not really so happy, why? Because to remove eric you need to do as i say somersaults with hands tied behind back and with a drip attached to arm! Always with the same monkey who makes a mockery of you!

Then he start to ruin also the old sister, latex and lesbian thing ofc Max was the sex slave of the other bitch.

So now if i was a developer i am 100% sure to make a game to make happy the 75% and not the 25%

For the 25% think about them only at the end of the game. So you can remade some path to fitt eric in. And then say to all the fan i have made a ntr version, if you wanna play the game with that in, you can now download it.

I'm on Windows 7. I just decided to give up on trying to make it work no big deal, the game is abandoned anyway there are plenty of other games that have my attention atm anyway. Thanks for the help anyway.

Guys the real problem with BB as a game was that everybody enjoyed it for different reasons, some liked the render quality, hotness of the women, some the incest niche, others liked the idea of watching Eric win. Everyone seems to forget that 0.4 I think it was put Eric on top, he had already had Ann, Kira and Alice by then (Alice was behind closed doors, so was the Lisa sex ed thing), so in 4 versions of the game, depending on your choices he had already had the entire household (or at least it was implied), until the script was changed in later versions after the Eric backlash from the supporters.

Another point here is the Kate character, yes she confirmed she likes girls but has had men before, now she was intended to be this dominatrix character who would dominate the MC and Alice and eventually control the entire household, this here was almost another Eric scenario for NTR haters, DS put a poll out on Kate's role and the followers voted for Max to dominate her which threw the development script up in the air again, so the plot was again re-written.

Then the Alex character that was going to be Lisa's boyfriend, another example of going down the Eric route again, this was implied that he would take Lisa's virginity and followers rebelled again, then he was quickly removed from the game and never to be seen again.

Nobody playing this game who hates NTR wanted to get the sloppy seconds from Eric, or Eric's leftovers if you want to describe it like that. Bottom line when developing a story like this is that if you have 2000 supporters you will never please all of them and by trying to do so, the dev inadvertently hurt the game because of it.

I'll display a point here to demonstrate what I'm trying to say here, if the Eric character was actually called Erica (gender reversing here), who was a hot live in babysitter who was trying to corrupt the girls of the house and actually helped the MC get what he wanted via her corrupting the girls for him or the babysitter starts controlling the house then I can say that 50% of the NTR haters would be kind of put out but ok about it, because its a hot 20 year old woman doing the corrupting, if this hot babysitter was fucking the entire family I think people would have been ok at the start as long as there was a way for the hero to win. A lot of people feel in these types of games that too many dicks spoils the soup.

While both you guys make valid points and I can see the argument from both sides of the coin the game still pissed off a LOT of people, much like games with a female MC who has to seduce men, some like this some don't. If I completely rewrote this game in the same way as DS did but changed Eric to Erica, Alex to Alexa (lisa's lesbian school friend) and made Kate a submissive instead of a dom then half wouldn't complain, even though a woman having sex with your girl is still as much NTR as a man doing it I just think that half of the audience wouldn't care.

NTR is a new kind of niche that is slowly becoming popular and game devs are capitalising on this (I understand NTR but don't personally get off on it), take for instance BB as one example and The Tyrant as another and the new Family Life 2, they all have NTR content but in Tyrant you can disable it which keeps both sides happy, in family life 2 its a woman doing the corruption (fair play this game is not a great user experience due to the game engine). Another example is Lucky Mark but the difference here is that the MC is doing the NTR not having it done against him, where basically you're trying to take a mans family away from him by seducing his wife and daughter, nobody complains about this game being NTR themed, so using these examples here going back to the main point above is that there are many different ways to write an incest or NTR game that doesn't piss so many people off.

Anyway sorry guys just putting my thoughts and opinions down, not trying to inflate a flame war.
