To many triggers in all quest to make a mod to do that.
There is to many different ways to get to the same point so no mod can handle all that without a lot of time invested so its not a good idea to go for.

I was looking at a BB walkthrough on Pornhub (see below) and don't remember ever seeing this scene with Max having intercourse with Ann during a wild threesome with Kira?! Is this the original Dark Silver Version? Thanks.

I looked at the the players Part 1 at mark 00:05 and see Big Brother Incest Story of Your Life v.0.13. Looks like 20+ hours of gameplay. Is this a fan made version then? Thanks.

That is a live walkthrough of this game here.
This game here will take you many days to complete all the content in it, between 6 days to 6 weeks depends on if you can figure out all the trigger points and how fast you figure them out.

That is the sandlust version of this game and have no idea where it came from.
