Yes. Literally install wine package and double-click the .exe files. Work for 90% of wegs. Unfortunately not for Big Brother, single .exe games, and some renpy games that don't bother to provide linux executables. But they are in the minority.

Virtualbox is not that straightforward.

There was a big hype for ver 0.7,lots of preview pictures ,polls and plot preview,But for ver 0.8 just 2 pic's here and there..
