Yep it's going to be a movie scene. Due to fans whining that they hate the NTR/Voyeur there probably won't be any anymore sadly, game's going be probably easy from now on without any rivalry.

If Eric was fair competition, then it would have been fine, but his character has been grossly mishandled by the dev. Consider the nightly event where you bust Eric when he's peeping on Alice - Ann trusts Eric over Max even though she's known Eric for only about a month an he has no freaking pants. How much more obvious does it have to be? but what happens is Max gets punished instead. Same shit if you take a picture of him doing his thing. Solid writing right there.

On the other hand if Ann started dating Eric and he increased his influence on her gradually instead of being completely OP from day one, it would make for a much more compelling story, and once he's at the proper level he would still tick the right boxes for people into NTR/Voyuerism, but not be as offensive to the rest. But I guess subtlety is too much to ask for.

The game itself is propelled mostly because of the good graphics, intuitive interface and the Opportunities system, which gives the impression of non-linear paths, while each being completely linear at the same time. At this point with the New Job opportunity the other main gameplay element - house cameras - becomes irrelevant. If the camera thing isn't going to be extended then the endless grind cycle and event time frame should be condensed so people would be able to progress faster to the point of the game they want, be it double teaming Ann with Eric or becoming a world-infamous porn actor and having a family orgy.

There's also probably a logic flaw in there - if Ann was dominated by Eric on the level you suggest why would he even need to hide the fact that he wants to sleep with Alice when he could just convince Ann to go with it. So at the same time she wouldn't let him bang his daughter but when she sees his raging boner middle of the night in front of Alice's room it's all explained away with some cheap lie. It's inconsistent. Obviously Ann has some limits as to what she would be OK with and what not. I get siding with Eric for most things like punishment etc., but when things are blatantly obvious they should have the appropriate result.
Also Eric's obviously not just after the house, otherwise he wouldn't say he wants to bang everyone or jeopardize his chances by doing Alice/Kira and risk Ann finding out. I'd assume his ultimate goal would be getting the house and keeping Ann and her family around (sans Max) with some form of blackmail/powerplay so he can sexually exploit them however he wants.

Sometimes I see people asking about release dates of future versions. You can see the schedule on my main page

but I can repeat it in this post: New versions of the game are coming out once a month, on the second day of the month for $40+ patrons (0.8 will come out September 2nd) and on the seventh day for $5+ patrons (0.8 will come out September 7th).

Here's 0.8 progress report. All images are ready, they've been rendered and processed already. Text is being written and parallel translation will start soon. I can already say what content 0.8 will have. Almost everything I wrote about in the previous news and a couple of surprises:

1. Continuation of the New job opportunity. It will involve shooting a new movie with all corresponding events and dialogs.

2. Max will get an opportunity to punish his sisters after dinner. Several new events, some will include Kate.

3. Kira will help Lisa with sorting out her feelings about new punishments. New lesson, new events and dialogs.

4. I don't want to spoil everything and keep some things for you to discover by themselves. They're not going to be some elaborate secrets, but I think you'll enjoy them more without knowing what to expect.

I also have concrete plans on 0.9 too, but it's too early to announce for now. And I'll have a couple more polls soon.

This is an open letter to Dark Silver.

With the rumors going around about DRM and spy ware in your products many player are very reluctant to pledge.

If you would adopt the style of DarkCookie with open format like he has done with Summertime Saga you could double or even triple your pledges on patron because this is one of the best game out there and could be even better with more support staff.

So how does protecting Max from the real world work in the night scene where Eric jerks off to Alice? Because Ann basically ends up blaming Max for something he didn't do, when it would've been obvious to a blind person what happened considering he's the one with his shorts on.
I understand you want to justify the existing narrative to preserve your gaming experience, but the domination angle can only be stretched so thin before certain inconsistencies and their purpose of creating unrealistic insurmountable odds become blatantly obvious. Yeah the game is interesting and there's obviously a reason it has such a huge fanbase, but denying certain issues doesn't improve it in any way.

On your other point - how do you prioritize which of Eric's statements is true? It would make more sense to lie to his wife/girlfriend to make sure she's compliant rather than to Max at the start, since at that point Max has nothing on Eric.
Also you made me replay 3 weeks of bullshit to check what Eric says over the phone, but never does he mention kicking everyone out of the house. He does mention he'll be together again with the person he's talking to over the phone, though. A person who apparently is already fine with him doing other women. I do realize it may be a stretch to keep all the women in the house, but for a person like him that wouldn't be the worst he's done. Considering that if you give him info on Alice's weakness to alcohol it's basically the equivalent of date-rape.

Game is too easy after getting rid of Eric. I just think that letting Eric fuck every1 is okay, however Max COULD prevent him from fucking any1 at all (except mom ofc). Then, everyone would be happy imo, since you could have females to yourself or if you like NTR, you can let him do his thing.

As has been mentioned before the problem is subtlety or the lack of. When Eric was first introduced he was basically god mode. It was possible to stop him sleeping with the sisters but the sheer amount of time and effort required meant the player could only block Eric and nothing else. If Eric had been introduced slowly then a lot of people wouldn't hate him as much. If you dislike him you could work to block him/get rid of him. If you like NTR then just let him have at it. Problem is DS bungled his introduction to the point that a lot of people were only happy if you could completely be rid of him.
