That constant bitching about Eric is really annoying.

I would understand it if you couldn't get rid of him but you can in not less than 2 1/2 ways. He is just an obstacle that needs to be removed before you can get what you want and I like that.

This character is part of the game and only a very small part on top of that.

Maybe the mafia is just holding him hostage, doing forced labor or getting raped overnight everyday (my personal favorite).

If I remember correctly DS has said that Eric will not come back if you have removed him. As it should be. :angel:

Max's behavior leaves a lot to be desired. But unfortunately that is how he has been written. DS could start to turn his behavior. Kira has told Max on a couple occasions about to change his outlook on women, and how to act around them. So in theory DS can start to fix that little by little for the updates to come. DS has said he will implement some romance so that could be the start.

Max is not Eric 2.0 in my eyes. Despite Max's behavior he cares for his family, I think. He just want to sex them as well. That is how I have read the story so far. Eric on the other hand just don't care about anyone except maybe his "wife" or who he was talking to on the phone. That is my take on Eric and Max.
