They've been doing the whole 'art imitates life' thing and I seem to remember Kira saying she wanted to add a sister character so Alice will most likely be playing some version of herself. I'm just wondering if Ann will be in it again or if she'll be swapping out with Kira. The latter makes more sense to me since that should open up to you being able to go into the shower with the two of them.

If you are talking about mods that add content that has to be your choice so just go read up on them and see which one you like.
I don't use mods that add content yet but I hear 1 has like 2 or 3 different ones added to it, you just need to read up on them.
