Be ready less than 24 hours for DmD 0.14 and a week for DoD 0.8 and MSN 0.5 and if we lucky for PL 0.4.Some days later BB 1.0.Sadly long wait for TGR 0.5

Not sure what TGR stands for. The gift reloaded thought game was postponed indefinitely. Yeah they changed back to [Abandoned] on this forum.

I thing its to do with the pills Kira gives you, as she said that they have some side effects I can't remember what she said they was were but that could explain going to the doctors.
