I'm guessing that's a mac.
You need to pass the "-force-opengl" switch when starting the game, and you also need a patched version of wine to play.
Read this post for instructions regarding the patched version:

Once you have that, start the game with <path to your patched version>/wine BigBrother.exe -force-opengl

When ever i try RED/Green new cheat option in menu , for some actions i could only read the dialogue but not image - It shows an empty White Background . How to fix this issue ?!!!

Yeah! "Are you in hurry?" is a disrespectful question... where do you come from. Ridiculous.
But not every girl has content on every update. Ann didn't have any update for 3-4 versions. It's not about the version, but the amount of content the character has.
For example, in the progression of HJ > BJ > Sex, players will be more excited as the level of sexual activities increases.
However, in the progression of HJ > Sex > BJ, most players won't even care about BJ at that point as they already did something at a higher level.
I'm not saying I love to see this game drags on and on. I was pretty disappointed that last update didn't end with Ann sucking off Max. But I don't want the game to reach the point where characters who are resisting incest suddenly went broken and go 'Max, let's have sex.' without any buildup. This is the issue with some of the bad sex games out there. The flow is just so wrong.
The problem is that the progression is more HJ > HJ > HJ > BJ > BJ >BJ and we're still waiting on the sex. I'm fully on board with the idea of the slow build and waiting until it makes sense for the sex to occur. But now waiting for the sex with Ann and Lisa is like waiting for the final ending in Return of the King. You keep expecting the credits to roll, but instead there's another scene.

Im pretty sure the title/content of the preview picture gives the plot of the next movie away, Teacher, with Ann on her knees, so most likely Ann is going to "Teach" Alice to give Blowjobs. as far as i know patreon doesnt go after "Incest" nor "adult games" without the dev violating the rules of patreon. The only recent event i can think of right now is "Dating my Daughter" which was the devs on fault when he decided to portray some of his characters as underaged girls.
Other then that Patreon has no issue with "Adult content" as long as its posted with "NSFW" tags and for patrons only to read when you include nudity and so on.
