as far as i know patreon doesnt go after "Incest" nor "adult games" without the dev violating the rules of patreon. The only recent event i can think of right now is "Dating my Daughter" which was the devs on fault when he decided to portray some of his characters as underaged girls.

Other then that Patreon has no issue with "Adult content" as long as its posted with "NSFW" tags and for patrons only to read when you include nudity and so on.

I don't believe that it has anything to do with the visage of the characters, as you said it's the tags and the "paywall", the stuff that is seen only by patreons.

I missed the part about dates with Olivia in 1.0 so you will get some new content in v1.0 and more in 1.2, I think that is great news and we even get to meet Olivia's mom. Still have to wait but as long as it is great content then I'm all for it.

As long as the game doesn't feature an Adult coercing an underaged character to sex it is unlikely Patreon will ban it. The worry factor here for this game is Lisa who would still appear to be in Grade School or at best High School.
But since Max isn't really an adult either there is probably not much to worry about.
